We all decided to jump into Larry's truck one day to head to Sunrise to ride the ski lift. Much to our shagrin, the lift was closed. We didn't want to waste the day, so we headed to beautiful Greer for lunch. When we got there, we took a little look around and then it began to pour down rain. I mean buckets. We got back into the truck and headed down to find a place to have lunch. This cute little Lodge was open so we went inside and had pizza. What a beautiful Lodge it was, friendly people, but not very busy. We're hoping that it does enough business to stay open.
After lunch, we found this little shop and went inside to see what they had. Bought Larry's birthday present there, and it was still pouring down rain. When we returned to the truck, Noel had left the window open between the cab and the camper, so the seats were soaked. But thankfully it was only water and we didn't melt.
